Milam Glass was formed in 1969 by Bill Milam. In 1977 Frank Hagan took over the company as a 3 man shop, and by the 1980's had shifted the business focus from residential to 95% commercial work. Business boomed and the staff size grew to over 30 employees.

Frank ran Milam glass for 38 years until his retirement in 2014. Upon his retirement, Frank sold the company to his most trusted employee, Alex Nevarez. Alex's goal is to take the good name of Milam glass well beyond the half-century mark.
